This policy explains how personal data provided through the Rasputin Rzeszów website is handled. The data controller is LUX Sp. z o.o., correspondence address: ul. 3 Maja 13, Rasputin Rzeszów, Poland, tax identification number (NIP): 5170012358.
We use internal procedures to protect personal data against unauthorised access and review them against applicable data protection requirements, including the GDPR.
We receive information you voluntarily provide when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or a website form. We use it to answer enquiries, handle reservation requests and contact you about your request. Recruitment forms may also include an optional photograph.
We process personal data with your consent or where permitted by applicable law. Sending a reservation request does not by itself confirm a booking; our team will contact you to confirm the details.
The reservation form sends your name, phone number, email address, requested date, group size, package choice and notes. The recruitment form sends a name or nickname, phone number, age, town, availability, selected role, message and an optional photograph.
Requests are forwarded to authorised club staff through Telegram so they can respond. You may also contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. A recruitment photograph is optional.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, libraries from cdnjs and unpkg, and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. These providers receive technical connection data, including your IP address, when those resources are loaded.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not currently active. The menu editing tool stores edits locally in your browser using localStorage; those edits are not published to the server.
After a recruitment application is confirmed as delivered, we record aggregate daily counts by page topic and broad traffic source. These statistics do not contain names, phone numbers, ages, message contents, photographs, IP addresses or advertising identifiers. Attribution uses the information available at submission and may be incomplete when visitors move between pages.
Data is disclosed only where permitted by law, including to authorised public bodies where a legal obligation applies.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and may object to processing where applicable. To contact the controller about your data, email club@rasputinclub.pl.
The bot @Rasputin_obsluga_bot handles the first-dance promotion. We store your Telegram account identifier and selected language. Before providing an invitation to the customer group, we record your declaration that you are at least 18 years old.
To issue and redeem vouchers, we also record when you accepted the terms, their version, voucher issue and redemption times, and the identifier of the employee confirming redemption. We do not retrieve your phone number or profile photographs from Telegram. QR codes are generated on our server; their expiry is shown in the bot and follows the current promotion settings.
Your account identifier and redemption record help prevent repeated use of the promotion. They are kept for as long as needed to operate it and resolve related enquiries. An authorised administrator may record service notes and the account’s access status for the promotion. Access requires authentication and changes are logged.
Voucher data is not automatically used for marketing messages. Joining the customer group is optional. For questions or deletion requests, contact club@rasputinclub.pl.
We store your cookie preferences locally in your browser for 180 days under the localStorage key rasputin_cookie_consent_v2. These preferences are not sent to the server. Analytics and marketing consent are off by default.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not currently installed. Adding them requires a separate integration that respects your consent and an update to this policy. Recording consent does not itself activate either tool.
You can change or withdraw your choices through Cookie Settings in the website footer. Fonts, libraries and map resources described above are loaded independently of those analytics and marketing choices.
This policy may be updated as the website, technology or applicable requirements change.
